LDA informs its clients, production participants, users of its website: www.stream-sx.com, app, email, phone, social media, and livestream, that data provided through the identified means, via paper or electronic forms, photographs, videos, sound communication, or emails received that are considered personal data are provided voluntarily, without the lack thereof affecting the quality of the services rendered unless otherwise indicated in a written request.
2. These data will be incorporated into an automated file under the responsibility of MEMORIA RIGOROSA, UNIP. LDA, as established in Article 5 of Law 67/98 of October 26.

The User, client, or production participant consents and is informed about the processing and use of their data through automated systems to respond to their information requests, manage the dissemination of audiovisual and graphic material sent, and, where applicable, the existing contractual relationship, as well as to keep them informed about products, services, and radio/television programs, and all activities of MEMORIA RIGOROSA, UNIP. 4. The User, client, or production participant is equally informed about the possibility of exercising their rights granted by current legislation, namely the right to information, access, rectification, deletion, and opposition to their data.
5. In the case of minors, their parents or legal representatives may exercise these rights on their behalf.
6. MEMORIA RIGOROSA, UNIP. LDA requests that minors consult their parents or legal representatives before providing personal data. Under no circumstances will data regarding economic situations or private life of other family members be requested from minors.
7. For clients and trainees enrolled in courses provided by our company, given the nature of the training itself, they grant the rights to images collected in a training environment. These images, being used solely for training analysis, may be published and subsequently deleted.
8. MEMORIA RIGOROSA, UNIP. LDA guarantees that it has adopted the necessary and legally required security measures within its facilities, systems, and files to ensure the security of files containing personal data, preventing their loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft.
9. However, and notwithstanding the above, the client, production participant, or user is aware that the security of electronic communications is not invulnerable.
10. Nevertheless, MEMORIA RIGOROSA, UNIP. LDA will disclose personal data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems to competent public authorities as required under applicable legal provisions.
11. The user expressly consents that their data may be transferred for the purposes referred to in the first paragraph or others with which MEMORIA RIGOROSA, UNIP. LDA concludes collaboration agreements and/or to its providers.
